My trailer continued to shut down, for no apparent reason. Quickly my technicians tracked it down to a convert issue. He replaced the convert, my trailer has worked with no issues since. Thank you HOT-PROs

Shannon and John were absolutely incredible. I was worried about having to use my warranty and fight for coverage but these guys did all the leg work. Easiest service call I’ve ever had.

Thank you for taking care of my unit. Even though it was totaled, you were kind and understanding throughout the process.

I appreciate the care Heart of Texas RV pros takes with my unit. They are easy to work with and communicate clearly during the repairs. I’ve used them for several years for small jobs and major repairs, and they always treat me with understanding and respect. I will continue using them with my new 5th wheel.

Get service and team. Had a couple of things to be done and not enough time for me to knock it all out. Was always kept in the loop on what they found, options and repair status. Definitely would recommend.

Chris and his entire crew have been quick to respond to our RV needs. We recently put our rig in their shop and I underwent foot surgerw y and wars s creunable to drive so it staye erviced in their lot during which we experienced an unexpected freeze. They winterized my RV on very short notice. Not sure how many service centers would do that. If ever in the Temple, TX area and need help, ck them out.
